Her passion is to help people live to their fullest potential, according to who God created them to be. This passion drives her leadership, her interpersonal relationships, her quest for ongoing education and her travels to other parts of the world to see what God is doing there.<br /><br />Ruth Anne is married to Ken and together they have two grown children and two grandchildren. He really enjoys being part of this community. He also enjoys teaching, spending time with children, and hanging out with the youth. He believes that he works with the best cast of volunteer staff in the world!<br /> <br />He and his wife <a href="http://highviewstaff.blogspot.com/2010/03/renee-peers-student-ministries.html">Renee</a> work together at the church. He is devoted wholeheartedly to his wife and is thankful everyday for the opportunity to work for Christ as co-labourers in His service.<br /> <br />Ian has recently developed a love for racquetball. He enjoys taking risks and pushing himself to reach new limits. He's an avid reader of Christian theology, leadership books on ministry to young people, history, philosophy, and psychology.<br /> <br />On occasion he's known to burst out in a song from the 90's and acts like he's got a few nuts and bolts loose in his mind.<br /> <br />Most of all . . . he just wants to live his life for Jesus. Renee and her husband Ian were blessed with their son Quin after a long journey towards adoption.<br /><br />Before going on leave, Renee was the Student Ministries Director. But in light of the current needs at Highview and in light of Renee's gifts and passions she has embraced the role of Congregational Life Director.
